Short-Term Stays (Less Than 30 Days)

• Cancellation 14 or more days before check-in → Full refund
• Cancellation less than 14 days before check-in → One night's rate will be charged. Remaining balance refunded.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations → No refund.

Long-Term / Monthly Stays (30 Days or More)

• Cancellation 30 or more days before move-in → Full refund.
• Cancellation 15–29 days before move-in → 50% of the first month's rent will be charged.
• Cancellation less than 15 days before move-in → First month's rent is non-refundable.

Additional Terms

• Early departure does not qualify for any refund.
• Standard cleaning fee is non-refundable once the reservation is confirmed.
• Extra cleaning charges, if applicable, will be assessed after checkout.
• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email.
• Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
